You know about my "sweet tooth", but maybe you don't know that bitter foods, especially bitter greens, rank very high on my list.
Chicory, radicchio, endive, broccoli rabe are very appealing to my taste.
Radicchio [raˈdikkjo] is a perennial cultivated form of leaf chicory with a bitter and spicy taste. And I love it😍.
