Meet Nicoletta
Hi, I'm Nicoletta - born and raised in the beautiful city of Rome, and happily adopted by Canada thanks to my husband. Baking is my happy place; there's something about kneading dough that brings peace to my soul and connects me to home.
I love quiet moments with a good book, laughing until my cheeks hurt, traveling to new places, and watching the sun melt into the horizon. I stop to smell every flower, and nothing makes me feel more alive than a warm sea breeze and a bright, sunny day.

Hi, I'm Loreto - a Canadian born to Italian parents, brought back to my roots thanks to my beautiful wife, who inspires me every day to be creative. I've always loved how food sparks passion in every culture, and that same passion is what I bring into the kitchen and into every dish I make.
When I'm not cooking, you'll find me playing music, singing, or writing - all the things that let me express what's in my heart. Over the years, I've learned to live with gratitude, to slow down, and to truly enjoy the moment.
